Physics! Physics did all of that! The gravity that drew hydrogen atoms together until they formed big enough clumps to become a star. The pressure squeezing hydrogen atoms together so close they can start fusioning (sticking together to make a bigger atom like helium). The strong and weak nuclear forces which make the bigger atoms more stable, so lots of energy is released. The various conditions which can cause a star to reach the end of it’s useful life and die. The gravity that drew specs of dust from exploded stars together until they clumped together enough to make planets. The way light travels as a wave through the vacuum of space to reach planets and supply them with the energy for life to start. If physics worked differently, none of that would have happened.
