My Work:
I work as a Cujstomer Account Manager for West Coast South Route for Network Rail.
This role involves being a single point of contact for non-lead Train Operating Companies, i.e. Caledonian Sleeper, West Midlands Trains and CrossCountry.
I also get involved with Community Rail volunteering events, i.e. to brighten up stations with planters and help / support with community gardens.

My Typical Day:
I wake up and have breakfast at about 6.00 am.
I go to work on the train and my office is in Birmingham City Centre.
I review and reply to various e-mails, attend meetings either via Teams or face-to-face.
I have lunch at 12.30 for half an hour.
Then back to work where its pretty much the same as the morning.
No day is the same.
I usually leave the office at 4.00 pm.

What I'd do with the prize money:
I would spend it wisely and would put it towards a charity of some sort.

I went to Arthur Terry Secondary School in Sutton Coldfield.

Qualifications:
I left school with very limited qualifications due to illness throughout my primary school and initial starting at secondary school.

My early career was as a copy / audio typist and legal secretary.
