Polymers are generally long chains of molecules. We use them to make things like plastic toys, rubber bands, and clothes. They are super useful because they can be flexible, strong, or stretchy.
At my job, I analyse epoxy polymers which are like super glue that can be used to stick things together or make strong, shiny surfaces. People use them to fix broken stuff, create cool art projects, or even coat floors to make them tough and easy to clean.
